CR121 Series Chloroprene Rubber

This series, including CR1211, CR1212, and CR1213, is a polychloroprene polymer with sulfur as the modifier. It features good crystallization speed, excellent tear resistance, and flex resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing various rubber products such as conveyor belts, multi-wedge belts, V-belts, timing belts, and cable sheaths. It complies with the GB/T14647-2008 standard. The Mooney viscosity (ML (1+4) 100℃) for CR1211 is 20-40, CR1212 is 41-60, and CR1213 is 61-75. The tensile strength is at least 24 MPa, and the elongation at break is no less than 900% 12.

CR232 Series Chloroprene Rubber

CR232 is a polychloroprene polymer modified with dipropyl xanthogen disulfide or dodecyl mercaptan. It has a medium crystallization rate and good heat resistance and high-temperature stability, ideal for light-colored rubber products like seals, dust covers, rubber rollers, liners, and hose outer sheaths. Following the Q/CHJT.J03.03.04-2019 standard, CR2321 has a Mooney viscosity of 35-45, CR2322 is 46-55, and CR2323 can be customized according to customer requirements. The tensile strength is ≥12 MPa 34.

CR244 Series Chloroprene Rubber

With a fast crystallization rate and high bonding strength at room temperature, CR244 is a key base material for chloroprene adhesives. It is widely used for self-adhesion or mutual adhesion of rubber, leather, fiber, metal, wood, and cement products. It adheres to the Q/CHJT.J03.03.01-2019 standard. The viscosity of 5% toluene solution varies by model: CR2440 is 13-24 mPa·s, CR2441 is 25-34 mPa·s, up to CR244B which is above 140 mPa·s. The peel strength is at least 90 N/cm 56.

CR248 Chloroprene Rubber

In addition to the properties of CR244, CR248 can be graft copolymerized with active monomers such as methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylic acid (BA), improving the adhesion performance of chloroprene adhesives to synthetic materials like PVC, PU, and EVA. It follows the Q/CHJT.J03.03.03-2019 standard. The viscosity of 15% toluene solution for Type I is 1000-3000 mPa·s, and Type II is 3001-6000 mPa·s, with a peel strength of ≥70 N/cm 78.

CR322 Series Chloroprene Rubber

This series is a polychloroprene polymer modified with a mixture of sulfur and dipropyl xanthogen disulfide, with a medium to low crystallization rate. Its performance is superior to sulfur-modified rubber, suitable for making hoses, tapes, cable sheaths, and other rubber products. Complying with GB/T15257-2008, the Mooney viscosity for CR3221 is 25-40, CR3222 is 41-60, and CR3223 is 61-80. The tensile strength is ≥26 MPa 910.

DCR114 Chloroprene Rubber

DCR114 is a copolymer of chlorobutadiene and dichlorobutadiene modified with sulfur, featuring excellent anti-crystallization performance, good molding adhesion, and high cold resistance. It is the preferred rubber for high-strength dynamic products like transmission belts and timing belts. Following Q/CHJT.J03.03.02-2019, DCR1141 has a Mooney viscosity of 30-45, DCR1142 is 46-60, with a tensile strength of ≥20 MPa 1112.

DCR213 Chloroprene Rubber

As a copolymer of chlorobutadiene and dichlorobutadiene modified with dipropyl xanthogen disulfide or dodecyl mercaptan, DCR213 has excellent anti-crystallization performance. It is mainly used for dust covers in alpine regions, road and bridge vibration pads, seals, etc. Adhering to Q/CHJT.J03.03.05-2019, DCR2131 has a Mooney viscosity of 35-45, DCR2132 is 46-55, with a tensile strength of ≥12 MPa 1314.

Chloroprene Latex

  • Waterproof Chloroprene Latex: A high-gel latex with good crystallization resistance, film-forming properties, and tensile strength. It is mainly used in the production of anionic waterproof coatings and waterproof products, with a solid content of ≥50%, pH ≥11.0 1516.

  • Adhesive Chloroprene Latex: With fast crystallization performance and strong adhesion, it is suitable for making water-based adhesives for bonding mattresses, sofas, carpets, etc., with the same solid content and pH as the waterproof type 1718.
